West Construction carried out the full design and construction of this development to accurately meet the requirements of the client.
Stage 1 of this development includes a waterside superyacht marina. Specific requirements from the client were to separate this marina from the rest of the development as well as create seven berthing locations for vessels up to 40m in length inclusive of personal lock-up garages and private car parking.
Stage 2 of this development included the fitout of two highly specified high-truss warehouses, complete with fully air-conditioned offices.
